polygon street
we learnt about geometry and polygons but today we learnt about polygons and we learnt that polygons don't have curves or gaps .
They are always connected so we had to hangaia (create) a polygon pal and a polygon mansion and our challenge was they both had to be symmetrical.
This are my polygon pal and my polygon mansion. My polygon pal's name is herobrine from minecraft the most evil and hard to beat mob/player in the game. My mansion and my herobrine pal has mostly rectangles used in them both.

Hi there Kerry, My name is Abby and I am a year 6 at Yaldhurst Model School, YMS for short.
ReplyDeleteI like the way you told us what it is and what you used most and how much you used of the other shapes.
This reminds me of the time I didn't know how to use the curve tool on google slides so nearly everything I made was square.
Next time you could tell us what you used to make it and why you chose that person.
Kind Regards,
Abby.
Hi Kerry! My name is Mia from Yaldhurst Model School. I love your polygon artwork! I like the first one the best. I also like the way you noted down how many shapes you used and what kind of shapes. A good way to make shapes blends in is to make the outline the same.
ReplyDeleteGreat job!
Mia
Your Polygon pal is so amazing!
ReplyDeleteKia ora Kerry,
My name is Jedi and I am a year 7 at YMS. This an amazing post, because it is so clear. The way you have ordered everything is suburb. And I totally agree with mia. By far your polygon artwork is the best.
Love the colours you used, and your description is very clear. In your description you have explained what this piece is for. And Even how you gave your polygon pal a name. Did you make this all by yourself?
Keep up the great work!
Jedi
I used a game and i realised that it was all rectangles and squares. So I used it for this project.
